HeartIn ships globally from our curated studio partners. This guide explains order processing, delivery timelines, and how we handle cross-border taxes so you can choose the option that fits your needs.

Order Processing

Orders are confirmed instantly and dispatched within 1-2 business days. We verify product quality, prepare compliant documentation, and share tracking details via email and SMS/WeChat once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • Cut-off Times

    Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+8) are prioritised for same-day handoff. Later orders ship the next business day.

  • Packaging

    Garments are sealed in moisture-proof bags with bilingual packing slips and HS code labels for smoother clearance.

Delivery Windows

Transit time begins once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Carriers provide milestone updates at export, customs, and final delivery.

Mainland China (Cross-Border Direct)

  • Processing within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated arrival in 5-8 business days via bonded warehouse handoff.
  • Includes customs clearance updates through SMS/WeChat notifications.

Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan

  • Processing within 1 business day.
  • Estimated arrival in 3-5 business days with door-to-door courier service.
  • Carrier collects signature upon delivery; rerouting available via tracking portal.

North America & Europe

  • Processing within 2 business days.
  • Estimated arrival in 7-10 business days with tracked priority air service.
  • Customs brokerage handled automatically with transparent duty handling options.

Duties & Taxes Options

During checkout you can choose to prepay import duties (DDP) or settle them upon arrival (DDU). Both options are supported by our logistics partners.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

HeartIn collects estimated duties and taxes during checkout and remits them on your behalf. Parcels are released without additional payment upon arrival.

Advantages

  • Fastest customs clearance with no extra payment required at delivery.
  • All-inclusive price shown at checkout.

Considerations

  • Duty estimates rely on HS code declarations; minor adjustments may occur when customs finalises clearance.

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

Duties and taxes are collected by the carrier when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Advantages

  • Lower upfront cost during checkout.
  • Suitable for destinations with low duty thresholds or personal-use exemptions.

Considerations

  • Carrier will contact you for payment before delivery; delays may occur if charges are unpaid.
  • Returns initiated before duties are settled may incur additional brokerage fees.

Tracking & Delivery Support

  • • Real-time tracking links are emailed immediately after dispatch. You can also view updates inside your HeartIn account order history.
  • • If a delivery attempt is missed, carriers will arrange a second attempt or offer pick-up at a nearby service point. Contact us within 3 days to avoid return-to-sender fees.
  • • Address changes are possible before customs clearance is completed. Please notify us via email or live chat.
