Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately atcare@heartin.coif you suspect unauthorised access.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include estimated duties when you select DDP shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or fails quality inspection.

Payment is processed securely via trusted third-party providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected method. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you when the parcel is delivered by the carrier. Please ensure accurate shipping addresses; rerouting after dispatch may incur additional fees.

When selecting DDU, you agree to pay duties and taxes requested by the carrier. Failure to do so may result in return to sender; we will refund the product price minus outbound and return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and fees. Items returned outside the stated window or without prior authorisation may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.

Your Commitments

All content on the HeartIn site—including imagery, copywriting, product selections, and logos—is the exclusive property of HeartIn or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in Vancouver, conducted in English, unless local law requires another venue.
